Jose was a life saver. Best Buy completely dropped the ball on a deliver and installation. I called Discount Plumbing San Diego in need of immediate help and they came without hesitation. Jose was completely devoted to helping me and was wonderful. We've had precious plumbers for other issues in the past but none anywhere as knowledgeable as Jose. He is my go to guy from now on. He found the source to an issue that at least 4 other plumbers from 4 different companies couldn't detect. My Brother paid to have a tiny park model mobile home completely replumbed , fresh and waste .The original complaint was clogged waste drain (this is ALL above ground with NO SKIRTING) .In the end , the only work completed was new copper pipe installed OUTSIDE of the house , fixtures connected . My Brother just passed away and the drains are backing up again . Upon investigation it was found the original complaint , the waste lines WERE NOT REPLACED FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF $3618.00.Further more , the quality of work done is shoddy .We feel ripped off or taken advantage of . Work done 10-2019 .
