Customer service is top notch. Jose called when he was on the way and arrived between designated time. Once here I discussed the problem with him. He told me what he was planning to do and gave me an estimate. Once he opened up the wall he had me come over and take a look at what he discovered. Jose gave me the options on how to proceed and gave me his opinion. I could tell that he really likes his profession and has great work ethic. After giving him the ok to proceed, he finished the job in a timely manner. I would recommend using this company especially Jose. Great communication, very professional, does a great job, very helpful if you need suggestions or references and cares about the work he does. I will use again if when I have other plumbing issues

The main water pipeline in my house had broken and water had filled inside my house. We needed an immediate response and fix. Many plumbers in Orange County refused to help at such short notice then my brother contacted EZ Plumbing USA. He had taken their service before so he knew they could help us and he was right. After getting our request, the team immediately arrived and repaired the water pipeline. I’m really grateful to them for saving us during the emergency!!!!!!

I called HPS based on a good review on Nextdoor. Kenneth came within a few hours to give me an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed to know exactly how he would approach the repair of a leaky pipe in an awkward place. He came back the next day to fix the pipe and 2 other small repairs. I would definitely trust him again for repairs in the future.

Best experience that I've had with a plumber so far. My mother was having problems with water leaks throughout the house. Victor showed up on time, was very professional and helpful in explaining the causes and what was needed. He provided us with a quote which was far better than the others we got in the area. This Friday I had a surprise water leak from our boiler. It was a horrible start to the weekend. After researching for plumbing services I was given a recommendation by a friend for Above and Beyond Plumbing. In my experience personal recommendations have always been the safest route. It was definitely the right choice. They gave me a two-hour window on when they would arrive and followed up with a text once they were on their way. Joe and his assistant's professional knowledge and friendliness stood out beyond the mask. In less than an hour the work was done, and life was back to normal. They are professional experts at reasonable prices. In addition to installing a new a/c & heating unit. They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it. The courteousness of all the employees is very remarkable and reassuring. I am glad to be a customer now and in the future.

My boiler stated to leak water from the bottom. It was at approximately 12:30 pm. I called true Value plumbing and they came to inspect my boiler at approximately 2:00 pm on the same day. They inspected the boiler and replaced it. I had NO PROBLEMS. They made it easy. They explained to me step by step what they were going to do. I highly recommend them.
