Best Honest Plumbing Services in San Diego CA

I have used Collins Pacific Plumbing on three occasions. First, they gave me a fair price on a new hot water heater. They installed it correctly. When the automatic pilot light didn't light automatically, they immediately ordered a new part (under warranty) and installed it. Then, I upgraded my gas meter. I hired Collins Pacific to unhook all my gas appliances, wait for a contractor to test the pressure in the pipes, and reattach the appliances after the new meter had been installed. They were the same price as others, but they included extra services in the price. Finally, an outside hose bib would not shut off. It was leaking about two gallons of water per hour. Some other plumbers wouldn't come out the same day, or would charge me an emergency call fee. Not Collins Pacific; they came out the same day and fixed the problem (a new hose bib had to be soldered on the copper pipe) and the price charged was very reasonable. They are now my go-to guys for all plumbing issues. Aaron has always been my contact; he is responsive, efficient and very knowledgeable. You can't go wrong if you give them a shot.

My water pressure in my kitchen faucet declined suddenly, 3 days before Thanksgiving. Called Byron at All American. He sent out a Tech to see what the problem was. Broken handle. Told me my options and I decided to see if I could get a friend help me. Friend helped, but couldn't get nut loosened. All American came and had to saw out the old faucet. My friend installed the new faucet. Couldn't get connectors connected and found out that the valves very ready to die. By now it is the day before Thanksgiving, 3:30 PM. Called All American again, humbly, to see when they could come out and finish the job... Rachel in the office gave me an appointment for the following Saturday and also called to see if there was a Tech available Wednesday evening. Within a few minutes she called me to let me know that a Tech would come to my place that evening! - He also found that the valves would better be replaced now to avoid major water damage down the road, so he replaced them as well. By 6:30 PM, Thanksgiving Eve, I had a shiny new faucet, new valves and a great experience with All American. Not only did they send out somebody TWICE to help me, knowing I wanted a friend to help me, but when all broke loose, they STILL came out THAT DAY and helped me. I had the best customer service in a long time and I think that Byron and his staff deserve ALL the stars they can get. Highly recommend All American Plumbing. And not to forget to mention Byron's integrity and professionalism.

I cleaned Rheem and they hooked me up with Village Plumbing. I then called Village Plumbing and I was told they could get someone out the next day. I told the woman on the phone that I had been out of Hot water for a couple of days, and she was very considerate and got Benjamin out to the house within an hour He fixed the problem and there wa No Charge.
