I paid over $250 to finish plumbing under my kitchen sink. I removed the garbage disposal myself. All I needed was the plumbing to be finished. The so called technician couldn't finish the job. I had to make a trip to Home Depot to finish the job. The company did contact me after this review and apologized. They did refund me 25% of the cost for me to finish the job. I do appreciate that.

We had Carini install Mini Splits in our recently remodeled home . We worked with Anthony, Ricky and Alvin. Anthony was very helpful setting up the installation. He was very personable, professional and easy to work with. Alvin and Ricky installed the Mini Splits, they were very professional and got the job done in a very timely manner. The team at Carini are great to work with their years of expires show in every aspect of their business and I highly recommend them .

They're using my name to give themselves 5 stars which I just changed. They've also called me 3 times last month asking if I'm interested in them coming out to give me a quote. Over aggressively marketing themselves, Tarpy used my profile to give themselves a 5 star rating without my permission. I never reviewed them. BEWARE of their business tactics.Unethical, I wouldn't recommend.

Sam G came out on a Sunday, assessed the leak source, offered to fix it now or during the week when less expensive for me. Very competent, very professional, very nice. Quoted me a weekday price then came back and handled it Tuesday and charged me that price even though I think he had to do a little more work after he started the process. Bottom line would absolutely use Bill Howe (and Sam G!) again.
