Our technician arrived at the beginning of the service time window and installed our new bathtub faucet and shower head. He was very professional, wore a face covering the whole time, and polite. He recommended and emailed a quote for some future work that needed to be done.

Adrian came to my home and fix my plumbing issue so fast I could not believe it and he was so informative and very courteous .

We had a small leak in our master bathroom which was beginning to show up in our dining room below. I called AR and spoke with Fernando about my problem. He sent out two of his guys, Eduardo and Juan, who were already in the Eucalyptus Ridge complex area working on someone else's unit. Eduardo and Juan came in, checked out the situation, and explained to me every thing that was going to take place, and the cost of the job. The job was theirs.The next day they showed up with tools in hand and ready to conduct business. About mid-way through repairing the leak, I requested they install a walk-in shower for me. Phoned Fernando to inform him of my intentions. No Problem. Mid-way through the shower installation, I requested they replace the present flooring with vinyl. Once again, No Problem.These guys were amazing. No matter what was asked of them they took care of it. The entire process from inspecting the leak to laying down the vinyl flooring was flawless. The new shower and flooring are awesome.I am pretty sure I will be using them in the future.Fernando, you did a great job in who you hired. A direct reflection of the boss, himself. Thank you very much.P.S. I forgot to mention the mold abatement crew, Arturo and Omar. Thank you guys for those loud fans I had to listen to for three days. lol.Thank you all for your services.

I called to get a plumber to my home and thankfully enough, they were able to send a plumber to my home at 1 am. I have been very wary of people entering my home due to COVID19 and being a high risk patient for it but their office staff called me back to 'triage' and ensure the plumber was taking proper precautions due to me being high risk.He arrived in a full hazmat suit. He suited up prior to entering and sanitized before touching the suit, mask, gloves, etc. (My husband watched from the garage) I felt safe. Turns out, we had water damage from the leak. The next day we got a call from Robert and he walked us through the claim process. We did suffer a minor hiccup wherethey accidently sent a team member to my home on a day work shouldn't have been done. They quickly fixed the issue and it has been smooth sailing from there. I love how easy it is to speak with his team and how available they always are. They truly value my business which, Im thankful for.We are now almost complete with reconstruction and I have the kitchen I wanted, but better, since Andrea helped me with the layout and cabinet choices. They brought my kitchen vision to life.
