Charles my technician came out to do some landscape area hydro jetting. First off let me say I have never used Bill Howe before, so as the HOA President for my complex I wanted a local company to do some area jetting. The whole organization was top notch, from the Reps answerring the phone (especially during these pandemic times) to the Rep who (Hector) came my property.Charles arrived, surveyed the property and I explained what was needed. He was very attentive, walked me through each phase of the work to be done. To say he was thorough is an understatement. Charles and Rico were so thorough that even my neighbor who is a certified plumbing was blown away. So I am not saying take my word for it, but if you need some plumbing work done give Bill Howe the opportunity to do it for you. I know have them on our calendar book as our plumber of choice. I called late on a Sunday night because there was a leak in my irrigation system and I couldn't find the shut off valve. They stayed on the phone with me, looked at pictures I texted of the problem, and talked me through it as a courtesy!! Wow, I was so grateful and impressed.
