It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. I love it when companies show human decency and a spirit of helping over their bottom line. Would definitely recommend this company and Anthony in particular.

I can't say enough about Ace Contractors and Gus Mendez who did our estimate. He was polite, respectful and really knows his business. His estimate came in below the others to install a tankless water heater and offered us an excellent warranty. I would recommend Ace Contractors and Gus to anyone seeking quality work at a reasonable price.

From the phone call to inquire about their services to the phone quote for worst to best case cost scenarios to the very quick and professional service, my experience with Tarpy Plumbing went way beyond what we expected.I was told the plumber would arrive in approximately an hour and less than an hour later it happened. The quote I was given for least expensive repair was spot on. Sergio, the plumber, and his assistant were very friendly and professional in getting the job done. They shook our hands firmly, explained in detail what the problem was and how they would take care of it, asked us if we had any questions and then proceeded to quickly take care of the clog.
