Very reliable every time we have used Tarpy!!! Starting with Jared who did our consulting/ trouble shooting our AC issues.He was very knowledgeable and we felt he is honest and sincere.During this pandemic and currently we are furloughed from our career jobs Jared helped us with financing options that worked for our current unstable financial situation.Of course when your out of work replacing an AC unit is the last expense on your priority list.......however it is a must living in La Mesa.You have a great associate with Jared!!! I have a problem of burner shutting down on lighting up. The manufacturer of Reem recommended village plumber since it’s still under warranty . They didn’t do anything valuable other than told me to replace water heater. No real diagnostics beside guess, paid over hundred dollars for nothing.
