Best Device Replace in San Diego CA

Toilet kept running even though it was full of water. Had to replace the toilet fill & flush valves. Thanks to Tony we don't have to worry about a ridiculous water bill. He was able to fix the problem at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use their services again.

We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly.We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve.We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.

We had a pipe break in one of our bathrooms and needed immediate work done (same day). Got in contact with Home Perfect plumbing and they were able to send help out. When they arrived, we showed them the damage and the expectation and explanation were clear. They were able to get the work done quickly and the technician took the time to let us confirm that the leak was fully stop and had us inspect before they sent it to billing. Appreciate the quick and professional work and how clear and easy they were to work with.

Our technician, Alex, was awesome. He was very professional and thorough. He fixed the issues (garbage disposal replacement, drain cleaning, pipe replacement) that were causing our kitchen air gap to overflow when using our dishwasher. Can’t thank Alex & the Perry Plumbing team enough!
