The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

Rooter Hero has been to the rescue several times over the last couple of years. I really don't like writing reviews, but this company is always so professional, on time and get's the job done... and without GOUGING the customer. This last visit I received an automated email showing the name and photo of the technician that was on the way. This was such an amazing touch for me to know who was actually en route. Compare that to Colepepper plumbing I made the mistake of calling earlier and spent more money than I paid Angel without any fix whatsoever.Angel will now be on my speed dial for any water heating and plumbing related issues.
