I called late afternoon on Saturday and the sink was not working, and after calling the plumber, he was here within the hour, and i will definately call again!

I had a bad leak in my sink and Devan was able to come over in a timely manner and solve the problem relatively quickly. He showed me what the problem was and the steps he took to fix it to ensure I had peace of mind. Overall a great experience with a handsome lad!

My girlfriends parents were coming to town and it was my first time meeting them, and sure enough my shower drain AND my toilet were clogged for unknown reasons. (My gf now knows to not put q-tips down the drain) Called WestPro and the gentleman arrived within 30 mins and even with the deep clog, was able to have it fixed in 10mins. Much appreciated because her dad's a pretty intimidating guy and all I needed was plumbing issues to get in the way of making a good first impression! Bill’s son came out to fix my garbage disposal - as it turned out it had something in it. He also had to remove and reseal it - so when I went to use it on Saturday morning - turned on the disposal with something in it - it started spraying water out everywhere. I called them (which they don’t work on weekends) and left a message. Not only did the disposal spray out water when in use - it leaked even when the sink was being used. So I didn’t have a kitchen sink for the weekend. So I called again before they opened on Monday morning (their hours 10-5 m-f) and left another msg - it is now 11:15am on Monday and I have not heard from them. - not very responsive, professional and at this time very poor quality in their work. The sad thing was I was referred by a friend who thought very highly of them) — I am very disappointed and hope to hear from them soon - or just bite the bullet and hire someone else. -Just got a call from Bill - will be coming between 1:30-2:30 today to fix the issue - I will keep you updated.Well his son returned and fixed the problem - I appreciated that they did come today and corrected the problem.I won’t use them again - you should decide if they are right for you. I prefer a company that has more hours, emergency phone number etc.But I will change my review stars - because they did come fix their mistake and didn’t charge me - if they had called me on Saturday after my phone messsage - or 1st thing this morning - after my 2nd message - I would have given them another chance in the future because everyone makes mistakes it’s how you go about correcting your mistakes that makes a good company - being responsive is important.

We called to have someone check out multiple issues we needed: our gas line to the stove recessed, a refrigerator hose in a new area, a garage sink install and laundry p-trap fix. They were prompt, Covid safe, and the next day we had a fair price. We were flexible with our schedule so we said whenever they had the time and less than a week later it is done! They are very clean, great at communicating any possible issues that all construction work can have, not pushing “up sells” and won’t take a payment unless you like the work. We are very pleased. As we remodel our kitchen we are calling them back.
