Very good communication and response to any queries I had. Everything was explained clearly and it was very reasonably priced.

The technician who came out was great, very professional, and did everything requested thoroughly and cleaned up the areas. I ended up having 4 upstairs drains cleared of all the hair accumulated. My reasoning for the 4 stars was 2 issues; 1) The cost was frankly astronomical. He did 4 residential drains (1 tub, 1 shower, and 2 bathroom sinks) It cost me $735!!! Seriously. The 2nd reason I'm slightly annoyed is he said it was $110 each additional drain and then charged $150 x 3 for each additional drain. Seriously? $735 (after a $40 coupon) to unclog 4 bathroom drains that took less than 2 hours of work easily. I have a problem with being quoted 1 price and then being charged a different price, that's highly unethical.

Had a garbage disposal replaced it was done with expertise and the technician was professional. The job was done cleanly and efficiently!

TLC Plumbing is honest, trustworthy, dependable and reliable company. I have used their services twice now and I am more than happy with the quality of their work. David was my plumber. I’m very happy with the quality of his work, his attention to detail and his expertise. TLC says their goal is to fully satisfy their customers from the moment they first answer the phone through completing the job by being prompt, courteous, and responsive to their customer’s needs. I had JC Plumbing, I called and scheduled a problem with Victor and had an appointment setup for this morning. He Called to let me know when was headed my way. It was not long before he was parked in front of my garage ready to do the work! He was very courteous and had lots of questions to find out what work needed to be done. I had a pinhole in a 3/4 copper pipe, he suggested I remove a little more than I had thought necessary, but when the work was don't I could see why he did the larger section. He also replaces a ball valve. The work was done and he was on the road to his next customer in good time. I was very glad I called JC Plumbing great job!

I had an issue with my water heater. Left them a voicemail. The owner called me back within 1 hour and explained to me all my options. I explained to him all the different steps that I took to troubleshoot my water heater. He sent me one of his worker to check and confirmEd my findings. I just need to replace one part. He was honest and did lie or even push me to purchase a brand new water heater. Nowadays it is pretty rare to find an honest person. If you have any issue give them a call
