We have used PlumbSmart twice on complicated projects. Each time they have provided quotes that were HIGHLY competitive (with respect to other bids we obtained) and each time they executed the job with the level of quality, responsiveness and follow up that we expect from professional operations. We dealt with multiple employees and have had good experience each time. We will use their services again.

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We can't thank them enough for the very efficient and pleasant service provided. Just awesome.

Kyle and his apprentice Jerred came out to our property and saved use a world of hurt after the Winter Storm that hit us late February. Kyle gave us three options on how to fix our situation long term and promised to get the water back on the same day. Kyle and Jarred were extremely professional, compassionate, and lighthearted! If you get the change to work with this company, I highly recommend them. Both gentlemen were very communicative and appreciated our business. Great work!Second time AA Plumbing came out was on 3/9/21. Chris and his apprentice Jacob came out to finish the job to remove old pipe from under the house and dig a trench for our new water line. As we waited for CPS to come out and approve the dig, Jacob found leaking towards the back of the house and we discovered a busted pipe behind the dishwasher. Chris walked me through what all was happening and commended Jacob for spotting the leak. We were able to remove the dishwasher and clean out the area — and this was all before CPS got here! The guys were able to help solve a completely different issue than the job they were originally assigned. Now that’s dedication to the job and the customer.Kyle and Jarred set the stage of what we were to expect from AA Plumbing and Chris and Jacob brought it home. Once you get talking to these guys, you realize just how lucky you are to see the dedication and full hearts they’ve got with the jobs they do. Thank you gentlemen for making this not only a painless process but also informative but most of all fun! (As much fun as one can have getting plumbing done on their home).
