Unfortunately, I can not recommend this plumbing company and will never use them. I requested a call back from a Manager or Owner twice.I advise dispatcher individual, we were the homeowners and they will be serving our rental property. The plumber communicated with our renter and next thing we know we have a bill we did not agree on. We agreed on a next day service not a 8pm after hours.I also gave my billing information 3x to dispatcher at the time of call. A year later, I get a call from them stating they are trying to collect. I advise no bill or telephone follow up has been given. She advise she had a wrong email and received my first bill as notice of lien a year later. I also advise the older lady that her billing software should have advise invalid email and if they called sooner this matter could have been fixed.

I was very pleased with the gentleman that came out this week. I believe his name was Ian (sp) - he was very thorough and spent a good amount of time making sure everything was in working order.

They came over and explained everything to us in detail, and immediately got right to work. I would recommend them to anybody.

I had my hot water heater replaced in Feb 2020 then had my entire AC replaced in August 2020. The work was done quickly and well, but the company has been very difficult to work with in regards to getting in touch with my home warranty. They were quick to finance these repairs, but I am not even able to get a person on the phone to get the information my warranty company needs to assist me with the cost. It has been over a year now, and I am steadily building interest on something that should have been communicated to my warranty company about. I have called and texted multiple times, but there is not even a main line to talk to administrative staff. It only goes to an answering service who sends me to the same person, whether it is HVAC or plumbing related. This is now impacting my credit, and my warranty company has not been able to contact them either. Both repairs were absolutely necessary since I have a toddler (no AC in August is not something I can wait on). The only way I would use this company again would be if there was more clear communication and chain of command to help get the very simple information requested.
