When I called Bluefrog, I spoke with Amy who immediately calmed me and got me scheduled fast. Mike was the plumber who came to my house to diagnose my 2 slab leaks. He was very thorough and methodically thought about how he was going to reroute the pipes instead of just busting holes in the walls. Eric, the owner worked with my insurance company and even met the adjuster at my house. You won’t go wrong with Bluefrog! This is a company full of integrity and the only plumbing company I will ever use. If I could give more than 5 stars.... I would!

I had a back up problem with the drain in the shower and toilet. I called another cpmpany, but they could not come out for a free estimate until 6 or 8 tonight. So i called Roto-Rooter and they were able to come to my house for a free estimate with in the hour. Which was perfect for me. When Ralph Morales tech #2885 and co-worker (sorry, i don't remember his name) came to the house, i explained and showed the problem we were having and Mr. Morales gave me an estimate on what it would cost. The price that Mr. Morales quoted me was lower than what the actual cost for repair was, but Mr. Morales honored the price that was first given to me. That said alot of not only the company, but also the employee for honoring the price first quoted. I was very pleased with the customer service and work that was done. I will definitely be giving them a call the next time I have problems with my Plumbing issues.

I can always count on Comfort Air to fix the problem. Servicemen are knowledgeable and professional. When making service calls during Covid 19 the servicemen are following safety guidelines. This is very much appreciated.
