Jorge arrived on time and went right to work. It took him no time at all to assess the problems with my dripping shower head and bathroom faucets. The faucets were an easy, quick no-cost fix that he explained what to do to prevent the same problem in the future. He then gave me a written estimate to replace the valve stem in the shower, which I concluded was acceptable, and asked him to go ahead with the repair. Only took him about 20 minutes. Gorge was friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I really appreciated the tips he gave me on maintaining my plumbing in good shape. Joe Enriquez was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked about my water pressure that seemed to low. He told me that the prv is the value that controls my water pressure. Joe adjusted the valve and I had great water pressure thru out my house. Joe saved me a lot of money by just adjusting the value instead of replacing the value. Thank you Joe.
