It was time for me to replace a toilet in my guest bathroom that was installed by Sitterle in 2006. I had also used this firm to install a reverse osmosis (RO) system in May 2021. The filters for the RO system were good for one year and also needed to be replaced. The employees at Mr. Rooter went over and above to try to locate replacement filters for me! The work was completed quickly and very professionally by the technician (kudos to Mr. Armando Olivares!!).

Our main line had backed up causing us to lose the use of our washing machine, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Brian and David out of the New Braunfels office came within 30 minutes of our call to Roto Rooter and had the problem solved within an hour! They were kind, professional and got right to work! Our problem was fixed in no time. We couldn’t have asked for better service!

Best service I've ever experienced from a contractor, I called them and within 2 hours they had a tech here. I highly recommend them. We called them out for a toilet issue that turned out to be septic related, so they didn't even charge us for coming out because they were unable to fix it.

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced.
