Mr. Ronnie was very polite, well mannered and very knowledgeable in his craft! He asked several questions as to best access our problem and had to do quite a bit of digging to find our problem. Once he saw it he made way to gain the parts needed and took care of it straight away! George Rangel was my tech and just left my home at 1:30 AM!!! He showed up just after midnight after I called for a backed up drain. George was extremely professional and curtious. He explained everything throughly and made sure I was aware what was going on the whole time. He took care of business and made sure I was happy. The gentleman that came for the estimate appointment was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions. The gentlemen that performed the instalation were all of those qualities, and more. In our situation, we had an old AC unit built into the wall and didn't realize it would need to be removed for clearance for the new unit, leaving a large hole in the wall. We're grateful that the gentlemen removed that heavy AC unit for us, took it away, and also had materials to temporarily board up the hole in the wall. I would definitely recommend this company.
