I called many plumbing companies.My water heater made noises.One company right of gate after explaining the noises adamantly told me that my water heater is broken and needs to be exchanged....over the phone.Others were super pricy and not very friendly and responsive.Big City Plumbing stood out exceptionally.Angel answered the phone with a smile and was super responsive to my concerns.She not promised but tried to get somebody out.We scheduled an appointment for the following week.To my surprise I got a call back to inform me that somebody actually would be available and asked if it would work for me.Absolutely awesome.I got a text with the plumbers picture and the estimated time of arrival.Great safety measures!!! On time to very delightful and cheery plumbers showed up with face masks and slips for shoes.Chris and Jamie examined my water heater and concluded that it only needs to be flushed.They discovered a few safety issues and fixed it as well.They explained every step and answered all my questions with huuuge smiles!!!!I was distressed and concerned, now I'm feeling safe and confident.Chrie and James are my to-go- to for all future work and issues.They are super affortable , honest,and don't try to sell you up !!!!!Thank you Big City Plumbing for Angel, Jacqueline, Chris and James and your integrity.You make it easy and affordable for our community.Chris and James are professional, knowledgeable, problem- solvers,great listeners, honest , with great attitudes?What's not to like☺

David was very knowledgeable and helpful when my water heater was having issues. He gave me a few different options I could try before replacing the system. Unfortunately I still needed to replace it but the installment went smoothly and I've had no issues since.
