My sewer line was backed up recently, due to my kids throwing anything and everything down the toilet. Me being the stubborn man i am decided to rent out a snake and try to fix it myself, after hours of frustration i just about had it and my wife convinced me to call a professional. I made the call and got on the line with Cody. This young man came out same day and took a look and had this problem fixed faster than i ever would have. I have to say from the phone call over the phone to meeting him in person he was very professional and easy talking when explaining this to me. Looked me in the eyes and gave me his word he will fix it. I tell ya what, if there is ANY plumbing issue i would call this guy, he made me feel more than a customer. Made me feel like we’ve been friends for years. 100% recommend and will go to him for any other problems i do have.

Purchased maintenance plan in May 2020. The contractor serviced my unit which stopped working a week later. I had it repaired by another company and it now works well. I called Primo/Comfort Air to cancel the winter maintenance services canceled and my money refunded. I was told that the check will be sent to me. After calling for the 3rd time, I have concluded that this company will not return my money. It is now August 2020. This business does not value their clients, especially disabled military veterans.
