On Sunday night our sewer pipe backed up into our showers; bathtubs, etc. I wasn't able to get everything to consistently work right. So we called Roto-Rooter to schedule a service on Monday Morning; but they talked us into taking a Sunday night service (no extra charge) - they promised a technician would be at our house in around 2 hours. One Hour later our door bell rang the technician was there; I walked him back to where the sewer clean-out was he proceeded to work for the next hour or so feeding the power snake through the lines. He showed me that he ran the snake all the way to the city line in the street and then after rewinding the snake proceeded to snake a video camera down the sewer and was able to show me that we had a broken pipe and roots growing into the system. We were able to set up the service and arrange financing at my kitchen table to replace the broken pipe and replace the pipes that had the roots growing in them very little trouble. The service technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He provided the necessary paperwork and told me which ones to keep to present to my insurance company if I end up having coverage to cover the busted sewer pipe. I will definitely use them the next time I need work done. The $40 off online coupon for any service was handy as well....(plumber/San Antonio)

My AC went out yesterday morning. I called around, but Aramendia was the only one that could come out yesterday. David showed up and unfortunately had to break the bad news that my unit needed to be replaced. He was great though, gave me my options. He was very professional and respectful. Today, Art and Louis showed up. They were fantastic. Very polite, professional and courteous. I feel they went the extra mile to ensure everything was working properly and to help prevent any additional problems in the future. You have some great personnel Aramendia, I will definitely contact you in the future if the need arises.Update... so I had a minor issue with the brand new AC unit. I didn't know at the time, but the drain pipe became clogged. I had been doing what I was instructed to the past few months, so i wasn't sure what was happening. I called Aramendia and they sent Chris R. He got there and quickly fixed the issue. He was polite, courteous and very professional. Again, 5 stars to Aramendia and their entire staff. I am a loyal customer for sure.
