I would never recommend Guarantee Plumbing. They charged $350 to unstop my mother's sink and then wanted another $2,700 to replace a drain line. The plumber was slow, piddled around and acted like he didn't know how to use a snake. She got the drain line replaced for $1,500.

I appreciate that I was able to explain everything and come to some conclusions with the insight given. I know I would use u guys again as the honesty and explanations were very helpful. When I called the business for an estimate The boss quoted me a price for the job. after the contractors worked for 30mins prices changed, they wanted to charge by the hour and on top of that come to find out they were not clearing out the right place. The problem didn't get fixed and they still charged 140.00 for a job they did not do

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

Scheduling the service was a breeze. They even quoted a firm price over the phone. This saved at least a day or two in installation time. The price quoted was about 1/2 other quotes. Installation was excellent. The Hot Water Heater was a superior model. Extra parts were needed, and they did not charge for the extra parts or labor. will never use another plumbing company.
