Best Minor Plumbing in San Antonio TX

Originally we contacted another company to come and fix our ac that was not working in the middle of Texas summer. They stated they had availability and that they would be out within three hours. The tech from the other company called and said he was out of Freon and would not have anymore until tomorrow. My mother is on oxygen and the heat does not help. I then decided to call 1st Call and see if they had something available today. They said they would call first thing and try and get someone out. I said ok and thank you. I received a call from Ryan within 5 minutes of hanging up stating that he would be on his way in about 30 minutes and asked what is going on. He arrived and was very courteous and professional and willing to help. He was very straight forward and was very empathetic for the situation. Unfortunately she needed a new unit and he was very willing to work with us and he had it installed the next day due to the condition of my mothers health.With all that said, I will always choose them for any of my needs due to the level of professionalism and caring that was displayed. There are not a lot of companies that are left that actually care about people and not just the paycheck at the end of the day. He went out of his way to help and provide extra insight and honesty as well as quick service.

After the hard freeze on Thursday night, one of our outside faucets cracked. The issue wasn’t noticed until late in the afternoon. We use our home as a rental property so it was important to us for the repair to be done as soon as possible. 4M had someone on the property within hours. They had the faucet replaced in no time. This review is about a horrible experience that my family and I had with JC Enriquez and sons plumbing and remodeling they were initially hired/recommended through our 210 home insurance for a A leak in a pipe outside of our house they initially came to fix it 5/20/2021 Stating that there was a crack in one of the plastic pvc pipes that caused the leak they were paid $250 to come out and fix the leak upon fixing the leak my father noticed that one of the sons who was placing the pipe looked like he put too much force on screwing in the pipe to one of the main components my father asked if that was too much for us and was told no a couple of weeks later the leak has returned They were contacted and stated they would come out and look at it on Thursday June 10th my father took off a whole day of work to wait for them to show and they never showed or called so my father contacted them again they stated that they would show up the following day on the 11th they showed up around 1pm and quickly started digging up the ground to look at the leak I oversaw I say turned over the ground until my father was able to arrive when my father arrived He spoke with the older man and he was insistent that there must have been a child or someone who stepped on the piping and caused it to leak again which was going to Cost another $250 to fix my father argued the point that there isn’t anybody in the area that crosses through so joe started coming up with other possible scenarios my Father brought up that when it was initially installed by his son that it look like it was on there too tight and The older man stated that that was not possible So after a while of going back-and-forth Joe stated that he would not be fixing The leak and that he would return the $250 back to my father in the form or a check that he would have mailed out as soon as he got back to the office and we would receive it by Tuesday it was a horrible extremely unprofessional experience we did seek out a different plumber same day and when the other plumber came to fix the leak he stated that the pipping that was placed was tighten way too tight that tension is what caused the leak And today 6/15/2021 there was a phone call received from the owner of the company at 12:18pm Requesting for us to remove our review and about signing a form in order for us to receive a refund. This is harassment blackmail extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service.

Chachi with Almighty Plumbing is the most professional plumber in the city. Just finished a big job in my 68 y.o. house with the installation of a water softener & reverse osmosis system & other minor plumbing issues I had. He definitely goes the extra mile & corrects any issues that weren't correct to begin with,instructs on the usage of shut off valves & how to troubleshoot any issues that might come up. Also he has great followup for any questions I had & has been very accessible by text or phone,which is very important. His customer service & professionalism & quality of work is beyond excellent. I would definitely recommend him & alr we ady have him booked for another job!

I have referred Parker and Sons to all of my customers and I would not think of referring anybody else. They have been great and very punctual. All of the plumbers and office staff have been amazing!
