I had a stopped up commode and called Big City Plumbing. They came within a couple of hours and detected the problem immediately. The 2 technicians were professional and thorough. I will use them again.

Emailed company on Angie's List giving specific details of the work I wanted done. The general manager emailed me back and said it would be a few hundred dollars and that a exact quote would be $40. Had them come out to quote me well over less 10% for discount using AL. $575 is more that a few hundred dollars to me. Called another company that did the work a few hundred dollars, was much more professional and friendly than Will's plumber. Buyer beware for bait and switch tactics and a general manager giving quotes that probably isn't from a plumber. More like an office manager. Was very happy with the work the other company did and the price I paid for it. And their quote was their price which was a few hundred dollars in my opinion.

Husam was excellent very patient answered all of my questions and he explained everything that needed to be done.

This company is a company with values, great work and competitive pricing. And continue to use old school customer service, would recommend and will continue to use
