Best Control Installation in San Antonio TX

I had a burst pipe after the recent cold front, called them Monday and they were able to send someone on Tuesday. They were very professional and fixed the leak very quickly. I highly recommend them!

I had a major issue on a Friday night at about 9 o'clock that came to light on Saturday morning around 7 AM with my water supply to my home being completely dead. After calling around to more than a dozen companies Adam from PlumbSmart. Adam was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and ready and willing to help me with my small water emergency. Even though the trouble it turned out to be was not his area of expertise he was resourceful enough to team me up with providers who could professionally solve my issue; he even followed up with me over the next 2 day to make sure I was completely taken care of. I’ll make this short and sweet. Manny G. and Marcos C. are awesome. They came in and replaced my upstairs unit in my attic and did not leave until the job was done at 10:30 at night. My family was able to sleep well because of their determination to get the job. They left the work area clean and made sure to explain the new system. I could not have asked for a better crew. The service was A+, 10/10, but my concern was with them trying to access my PayPal to make the payment. I’ve been sitting with this question for a few days now and I’m still confused as to why they thought this was ok. Why don’t you all have a reputable payment system? The audacity to ask for the code for my PayPal has me flabbergasted and concerned. Although the service was by far the best service I’ve received in a while, extremely reliable and informative, this payment situation leaves me hesitant to reach out again.
