Best Comprehensive Service in San Antonio TX

OMG! WOW! These guys are super impressive! Exceptional work! I can only speak for individuals I interacted with on July 2, 2020, but if all 1st Call Plumbing, Heating, & Air employees reflect these 4 individuals, one cannot go wrong in hiring this company to do all plumbing, heating, and air in your home.Matt, Johnny, Ryan, and the nice lady on the phone made up my team from 1st Call Plumbing. I am over-the-top highly impressed with all these individuals. I can go on-and-on how exceptional they were on this day, but it’s their character I was impressed with, they maintained their professionalism through odd access to the systems, the overbearing heat to replace the outside unit, and the call from the main office to keep me up-to-date of the replacement of my inside and outside units. These guys do not even know me and the professionalism I got was highly impressive! I just had to write this review, which I only reserve for companies like this one who are exceptional in delivery, service, and installation. These guys are the best, and if not the best, one of the best! They compete at a level above companies that are well-known or companies that have been around for years.Whatever value system they are using to market their service and products; it’s working!Matt thanks for being upfront and honest, explaining what was going on with both my units and validating that one of my units was not performing well (old)! Johnny thanks for taking the time to explain the process on how you were going to install the inside unit with the Warrior system. Ryan thanks for explaining what you were doing while installing the outside unit in the high Texas heat. The quality of work was impressive! I inspected the soldering of copper lines, the sealing of the inside unit, the routing of lines (outside and inside), the positioning of systems (outside and inside), the connection of wiring, the installation of the thermostat, the security and installation of the boxes that contain the wiring connections, and the cleanup were all professionally noteworthy! What I thought was also compelling with Johnny and Ryan was the positive attitude knowing they were going to another job to repeat the same task (replace a unit) under the same conditions, but probably in a more difficult arrangement. I truly hope these individuals stay with this company for a long time!Again, thank you! You are definitely the best-of-the-best in your profession!Dr. RC

This is a complete sham of a plumbing company. They plumbed my new home construction & it’s never functioned properly. They refuse to stand behind their service & product. If I could give them zero stars I would! Stay away; find someone else before you become their next victim.

I am a property manager in SA and I worked with Chachi from Almighty Pluming several times. He communicates very well. He is always easy to reach and gets to a job ASAP. He is probably the most professional plumber in SA. I could not always be at the property and Chachi would text or call me to walk me through every step of the work. He made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and why. I highly recommend Almighty, especially Chachi.

Used Juan’s Plumbing to have a brand new water heater installed a couple of years ago and again recently to have a part replaced on the same water heater. He helped get the part under the warranty and then installed it at a reasonable cost. From years ago I kept recommending him to other people I knew looking for a plumber and I will continue to do so. Thank you Juan’s Plumbing for always providing amazing service!

A&A plumbing was a Godsend with our pipe breaking right by the main on a Saturday morning! They gave us a realistic estimate of when the emergency before ours would be done and then fixed the problem in totality! David Smith was so amazing; knowledgeable, professional, and quick-one of the main reasons we will go with A&A plumbing again!
