We had an water leak issue at my rental home during the independence day weekend. Adam from the company called and spoke to me about the process on the phone and help setup an appointment. The company then sent Roger over quickly and he called me an hour ahead to give me a heads up and found a small/simple issue with the plumbing. He not only fixed the issue and didn't charge me anything because it's a simple issue. Who does it these days? I'd recommend them for their honesty and great customer service. Thank you Adam and Roger. You guys are great.

After a SNAFU with another plumbing company that the warranty co. sent out yesterday, they contacted San Antonio Plumbing to take over the job on my water heater. Since I've had no hot water for 2 days and the new appointment was for Monday I was getting pretty desperate. I did talk to Joseph at San Antonio Plumbing and he did not have anyone at all that could come any earlier. I resigned myself to having to boil water and make do when Joseph called me back within about 40 minutes and said he had a plumber who could come this afternoon. The desperation in my voice earlier was apparent, I know, but I sure did not expect that Joseph would find someone who could help me today. Now THAT is customer service, and being in customer service myself for 42 yrs. I recognize and really appreciate outstanding customer service and businesses like San Antonio Plumbing who truly do CARE. They will be my go to plumber from now on, with or without my warranty paying. Thank you so much Joseph and Johnny for helping me out when you really didn't have to. Y'all made my day :) I highly recommend your company and look forward to having you work on some other projects that I need to have done.
