The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I was interested in purchasing a new kitchen faucet and Shane in the service department was very helpful. He helped me with measurements and arranged for the installation. The plumber was fantastic. He knew what to do to fix our problem and worked quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and pleasant. The fee was very fair and we'll be using him again for any plumbing problem.

Had a few small issues leaking sink drain,tub draining slowly and dripping outside faucet. Called early on a Monday morning and had service the same day.
