I just had a 5-star experience with Plumbing by Paul. Yesterday was Superbowl Sunday and our disposal was leaking water . . . little did I know that it was corroded beyond repair. I called Plumbing by Paul never expecting that within just a few hours the problem would be assessed, a new disposal would be in place, and my Superbowl chili clean-up could proceed as planned. Their technician was Kevin. He was polite, respectful and very professional. I felt that the price was very reasonable, and he left everything perfectly clean. When I called at 8 pm he actually answered the phone. I had a leak in a water pipe in the slab of house. He was able to come the next day. His fee was very reasonable and he was on top of the leak within a hour. Easy guy to work with and was very willing to do what ever it took to find the leak. Thanks leak snoops.
