John was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful and he found the hidden leak quickly. Great customer service, I would recommend this company without hesitation.

When I called at 8 pm he actually answered the phone. I had a leak in a water pipe in the slab of house. He was able to come the next day. His fee was very reasonable and he was on top of the leak within a hour. Easy guy to work with and was very willing to do what ever it took to find the leak. Thanks leak snoops.

A couple of hours after they left, the sewer was backing up again. Exactly the same like before, when I called them they told me there is no warranty. They rip me off $690. Please don't use Allen's Plumbing.
