When I called at 8 pm he actually answered the phone. I had a leak in a water pipe in the slab of house. He was able to come the next day. I couldn't find a plumbing company to find my flow restriction in a recently purchased condo. The water heater had been replaced in 2022. In the 1st floor laundry and bathroom, we had a cold water flow restriction. Having a great past relationship with Allen's as a young company, I called and ended up taking with Allen. After discussion I asked Allen if they would come to Tampa and take a shot. The following morning, after checking all obvious things, Allen came over. The next thing they were blowing out a segment of pipe. All of a sudden, this big blue marble like object rolls out and into the street. Allen recognized this as a part used in the Mor Flo water heater, which had been replaced in 2022. They put the system back together and the flow in laundry and bathroom is perfect.
