FAST came today to replace my old a/c- heating unit on my house! They did an excellent job with no problems in shorter time then I expected.......A guy name Matt who has been with FAST a yr now.......he was awesome and I was so pleased with his work..........Been with FAST a zillion years now for home and condo and they have never failed me yet!

The service tech was friendly and quite knowledgeable about the unit. Went above and beyond to maintain cleanliness in his area. Great job. I originally inherited the service through integrity Ar who had a very much a lacking of integrity never was coming to service the unit after selling my 75-year-old mother her maintenance plan. The performance agent strip the AC down to his bones and thoroughly cleaned the unit without making any mess even fixing some of the small details about installation. By the way which only occurs a year ago costing me $8000. Thank you performance for restoring the integrity in the business and wish you overture.

We had a serious problem with the wiring from our condo to the roof top ac condenser. Kevin and Troy couldn't use the existing conduit to install new wiring. They did a remarkable job of installing a new routing under tough circumstances. I was impressed with their tendency in completing this job. If we ever need electrical services, they're the ones we want.

The service rep was KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, POLITE AND HELPFUL. my issue was plumbing related but I couldn't wait 2 weeks for a toilet installed.
