Best Furnace Repair in Saint Petersburg FL

Fast is known for working on condos in my area. as a landlord I don't expect the tech to go and try to make a sale thru the tenant, especially for a garbage disposal that just needed resetting.then charging $213!! then try to sell an $800 Job to replace a simple Garbage disposal (cost $189 Homedepot) that just needed resetting. Their Appliance division gets a 5 star, fair and honest. Plumbing not so much.

I was told that the technician would call 45 minutes before arriving… I got a text at 7:32 saying the technician was on the way and technician didn’t arrive until 2 hours later… I was supposed to just get hvac maintenance for a ac unit that was working properly! Now I’m left with no ac because they want to tell me some wires on the outside are broke and I have to pay over $400 to fix it!!!!!! Everything was working fine before they came!!! I just had a electrical panel replaced and all of that was looked at and was fine then! They also didn’t check my ducts for anything as they say is part of their maintenance. I would not recommend calling this company they over charge and will break your equipment!

I called Midway Services and the electrician Chris was to my home in under 2 hours. He did a great job. He was in the Attic checked other outlets to diagnose the problem. He was very quick and efficient I am very happy with services rendered. He was very knowledgeable and professional and very nice. I really appreciate how quickly they came to my home and what an excellent job they did I would definitely recommend them and I will absolutely use them again in the future!
