As a repeat customer who given referrals, now customers, I can understand that things happen from time to time, but after no returned calls, or calls that come a week later, and then to get nothing busy attitude and excuses about being too busy, maybe it’s time to hire more people, hire new people, or maybe the apathy extends beyond customer service into the quality of the work.
