Best Heater Repair in Saint Petersburg FL

Greg came out on a Saturday morning to fix a pipe that was leaking. He was on time, respectful, and very knowledgable.

I recommend Mid County Plumbing & Air for their professionalism, communication, and cost.

The handsome gentleman came over on time and unclogged all my pipes and checked everything to make sure it was in working order before he left. Thank you JR.

We will never use People's Plumbing again. We called them for a routine water heater replacement. It made a clanking noise from the day it was installed. They monkeyed around with the manufacturer for six months. The owner tried solutions he and his tech didn't think would work so he could get his money back from the manufacturer. Now we can only take a luke warm shower with the faucet all the way on hot and we have very little water pressure in our master bath double sink. I've called a different plumber today and will just eat my $1200 at People's to end the aggravation. You're really taking your chances if you use this company. NEVER AGAIN.

They also take care of my mom's plumbing needs and when they were at my home today, they asked about her!! They are so professional and have never upsold us. Quotes are honored. I have lived here for 36 years and wish I had the pleasure of having them since the beginning! I really liked Mike, he is no longer with the company, I had a Plumbing issue and asked Joshua a question regarding the work that was done, I felt I had every right too & Joshua did not seem too happy that I questioned his worked which cost me $500.00 and took it personal. Joshua was supposed to come back and install the shower hardware which he wanted an extra $200.00. Joshua Ignore three text messages and three phone calls. Finally texted me back and said he was busy, even though he told me he would be back and then sent me to a different Plumbing company. I finally did the installation on my own & saved $200.00. I had highly recommended Joshua Tree to many friends and family after my previous experience, going forward I will no longer recommend nor use Joshua Tree Pluming.

Mark A came out to our apartment complex at about 8PM for an emergency repair. The entire building had no water and within 2 1/2 hours he had the high pressure main line fixed and working.

Thank you Mark you did a wonderful job, was pleasant and personable as to me as he repaired this break in the dark. it was a pleasure to work with him and we will be calling this company again.

I had a leak in my water line, I called OSE. They came out quick and did the leak detection and fixed the leak. Most company’s do not repair if they offer leak detection so we were happy that OSE was able to do both.
