Great service by nice young men that did a great job.

It took them a little longer than I expected because we have an old claw foot tub and they didn’t have all the necessary stock parts on hand (which I understood), but they still ended up finding a nice and affordable solution instead of making us wait days for stock parts (which was especially important since we only have one bathroom!)

I was also fearing a big bill due to the amount of time they spent, but they charged me what they quoted me which was a huge relief. Hard to find honest and hardworking companies like this these days. Thank you!

I called Graywater late in the afternoon and they had Matt out to my house first thing the next morning. He was very professional and personable. He understood my situation, 3 toilets that needed to be lowered and re-seated due to new flooring. Each toilet had a unique problem with the flange and Matt had an effective solution for each scenario. He was thorough and resourceful and overall Graywater provided great service at a reasonable price.
