Toilet installation was fast, but they broke my towel bar. They should've offered to fix it. We bought a replacement bar, but it was a tight fit and one of the ceramic braces came off the wall. Now we have a hole in the wall that needs to be patched. We'll probably end up having to paint the bathroom after it's fixed. Aggravating.

Joshua was early for our appointment, offered repairs I didn't know we needed (but demonstrated why) and cleaned up after himself too. His prices were fair and he was a good communicator.
