Greg was polite and professional, the cost was very acceptable and the time frame just perfect before my family decends upon us next week for Easter!!! Great experience!!

I could not have asked for better service! I had an emergency on a Friday evening right after I got home from work. Antonio and his coworker were here within 45 minutes. They unclogged the drains and fixed a leaking toilet. They were very professional, efficient and reasonable. They explained everything as they did it and cleaned up the area. Brandon came out as a referral from another person that we trust and he delivered big time. Not only did he fix the leak under our sink that was spraying water all over the place, he also informed my wife that we didn't need the new toilet we bought because it wasn't as good as the one we already had and it was a simple fix to get it working right again. It is incredibly rare these days to find someone who will tell you that you DON'T need to pay for something. Returning that toilet ended up paying for the work Brandon did when he came out. *** NEVER SHOWED UP FOR APPOINTMENT OR CALLED BACK *** Scheduled an appointment for 1/4 at least 3 weeks ago. I have a small leak in my kitchen. On 12/23, I called and left a message for a water heater issue but went with someone else due to urgency. Cesar called me back and I told him I had someone else but I confirmed the 1/4 appointment. On 1/4, I called and left two messages prior to 10a regarding the appointment and arrival time (scheduled for 8a-10a). No response and never showed up!
