I have worked with Rumpca services to install a new hot water heater, and also for maintenance on my furnace. For the furnace repair, the repairman came the next day. For the water heater, someone came within the hour to discuss options with me, and the new heater was installed 24 hours later. Their workers are professional and knowledgeable. AND! After the furnace repair (in October), the service man noticed that I had accidentally been overcharged by $1. I told him not to worry about it, and completely forgot about it. But when the water heater was replaced in May, Rumpca remembered the $1 credit and handed me a dollar bill.

Apparently, Rumpca also installed my furnace in 2006, before I bought my house, and that one repair in the only one it's needed in 14 years, which means they sell quality products.

Prompt service..went back for parts.

I was dealing with a gas leak from a dryer and Xcel Energy had shut off the main. I didn't have anyone in mind to call but based on reviews called Rascher. They sent Jason and Jake out to repair the gas line in the laundry room. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were very polite and professional, and did the work quickly and at a reasonable price. I'll definitely call Rascher again in the future.

I have mostly positive things to say about the gentleman who came out to my property, but nowhere does it mention I will be charged a $69 service fee to come and give me a quote. Then they tried to trap you by saying they will apply that money towards the project if you decide to use them. Then they charge you an outrageous amount of money To do basic electrical work. And when you tell them you need a couple days to think about it he ask you directly why. High pressure sales tactics will never work with me.

Called for a leaking toilet and Pedro was able to come out the same day and repair. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, discussed the repair and provided me with a quote for the work. After I agreed to the repair, Pedro completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time and left the bathroom as clean as when he arrived. My only issue was it seemed expensive, but to be honest I'm not sure what plumbing costs these days. In addition, I got an experienced plumber to come out the same day and fix my problem. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

I had AAA Plumbing install drains for my new basement bathroom, David and his sons were excellent, got everything installed very quickly. Great price as well. I Highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

After being charged $1k by Hero plumbing and then them telling me I needed to spend another $5k digging up my front yard, place a cleanout, and have it jetted when they previously told me jetting wasn't needed and the device they used, and failed with, was better. I called Ron and they came out within two business days and were able to clear the drain with just their camera. Not a fancy machine, but just their camera. They also finished cleaning the pipe for me and all for under $300. They were super helpful, but even more important, trustful. I will definitely be using them again and cannot recommend them enough.

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

If you want a great plumber use Hessian! Great communication from start to finish! Leo and John did a great job running gas for my new gas stove! They gave me a quote that came on right on budget instead of twice as much as others!

Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have installed new water valves for us, new outdoor spigots, and a new kitchen faucet. We are so happy that we can work with them. Pure Plumbing did a great job working on my irrigation system and the vacuum breaker. The company actually answers when called. I was quickly scheduled. And the plumber came when he said. He did quick work at a fair price. I was quoted significantly more by other plumbers. It'll be easy to figure out who to call for my next plumbing need.
