Called on a Sunday with an emergency situation when our sump pump went out during our spring thaw. Came out quickly and helped deal with our disaster of a water situation.

Had a cracked main drain line out by the road. They showed up when they said they would, did the work the said they would and then some, and charged the amount the said they would to the penny. They were also $1000 cheaper than the next best price. Highly recommend!

Do It Right gave me an ultimatum and provided a threat (conversation was recorded) based on whether I'd use them or not even BEFORE I received their quote. Had another certified plumber come out and Do It RIght's quote was nearly 3X(!) the second quote received. He also requested PRE-payment for the materials he would need to buy to do the job. Never heard of such a thing for ANY home service. So unprofessional.

Repaired my shower valve that had snapped off at the stem. With patience and persistence, Tim removed the old valve from the shower and replaced it with a new one. David suggested I replace my secondary shut off valve down in the basement. I could tell he had my best interest in mind and agreed to have the handle replaced. This business is family owned and these guys are top notch.

Had a nasty stopped up drain in the basement, and Twin City Rooter was recommended by our local plumber. They set me up with 'Don', who called me pretty quick, and was here the same day. He jumped right in and it turned out to be a tough job - but he had us all fixed up in no time. Friendly guy, and very reasonable price!!

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Really excellent service on a complex job reworking a drainage pipe for a washing machine. They did a great job! Highly recommended!

Great customer service! Made the appointment they kept us up to date via emails and texts.Pays to have Technicians that have experience.Tim diagnosed the issue and got right to work rooting out the tree roots that were the issue. Initially we thought we'd have to have CIPP pipe liner installed in the spring because of collapsed pipe. Also sewer drain cleanout buy the waterline main had blown it's cap off! Two and a half to three feet down in a hole.Great service at very reasonable rates!Thanks Tim!

TJK Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet. The technician was cordial, prompt and talented. He helped me problem solve issues from the original faucet being improperly installed. I am very happy with my new faucet. I will definitely call them again.

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.

Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have installed new water valves for us, new outdoor spigots, and a new kitchen faucet. We are so happy that we can work with them. Phil and Howie were great to work with. Very professional and identified the problem right away. Significantly less expensive than I was expecting.
