Called on a Sunday with an emergency situation when our sump pump went out during our spring thaw. Came out quickly and helped deal with our disaster of a water situation.

After another plumber failed to show up, I called Joe at Rascher. Joe was responsive and reliable. There were two major projects I hoped to complete and Joe gave quotes for both so I could budget accordingly. His team was quick to respond and when another project landed in my lap unexpectedly, his team handled it quickly. The gentlemen who did the work were respectful of my property and my time. I will recommend Rascher to my friends, family, and neighbors and call them first for any future plumbing issues. Excellent workmanship and professionalism by all those involved!

When our air-conditioner stopped cooling on a Sunday we tried to reach out to our regular servicecompany but somehow got Service Today instead. They came out to look at unit, we were under theunderstanding that there would be a weekend service charge to come out to find out if it could befixed. We accepted. The service person came out and told us he need to go back and get a fuse to see ifhe could get it to work. Then he told us there was an additional charge for looking/trying to fix it andthat it needed to be replaced. He then schedule someone else to come out later to talk aboutreplacing it. About this time we figured out the person did not work for our plumber but was ServiceToday employee. We immediately cancelled the sales person coming out. We then found the correctnumber and arranged for our service person to come out which they did and replaced the air-conditioner in 24 hours.I called Service Today to complain that I was charge to come out $249 and then an additional $350 totell me it could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. I have called at least 3 time and spoken toWendy an Allison and been told they would call me back in 24 hours with an explanation. On my lastcall I was told they would go back and listen to the call to determine the miscommunication and getback to me. That was on 9.23.21 it is now 11.18.21.I do not write bad reviews about services but Service Today has not had the decency to even call meback and defend their over charging. I would not suggest using them for an emergency situation...youwill pay more than you need to... I know because I checked around after this. BUYER BEWARE

Wants $700NTE to do his recommended work without approval from the payee. $110 non refundable service call for 30mins diagnostic. Will not discuss simple upfront pricing with possible vendor. Be careful for this scam artist.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

Had a nasty stopped up drain in the basement, and Twin City Rooter was recommended by our local plumber. They set me up with 'Don', who called me pretty quick, and was here the same day. He jumped right in and it turned out to be a tough job - but he had us all fixed up in no time. Friendly guy, and very reasonable price!!

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

I must say I am rarely inspired (and/or impressed enough) to jump online and extol the service I've just been provided for fairly routine home upgrades or maintenance. However since purchasing our home two months ago, we've now called on Erik Nelson Plumbing twice for installation of a new water line for a refrigerator and replacement of a water heater. They not only completed the work as advertised but generously agreed to look at and rectify several other minor plumbing issues we had in the house. He and his colleagues are exactly as described in other reviews - professional, honest, skilled, and very knowledgeable. I am 100% satisfied with all aspects of both visits and after a less-than-satisfying visit by a competitor, their superiority is clear in every regard. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Thomas did a thorough evaluation and itemized pricing for miscellaneous plumbing repairs. He was very honest in assessing relative merits of various options. We will have him back to do the actual work once we decide how we’d like to proceed. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Ruslan and Rob did a great job on both of my projects (a stack replacement/code issue and a dishwasher/fridge plumbing install). Even my cranky little dogs liked them! Thanks for the solid work!

Jon was professional. He not only fixed the problems that I had hired Ron the Sewer Rat for, but noticed an issue with the way the toilet was flushing and fixed that as well for no extra charge. He also gave a suggestion for how to fix the issue in the future. Would definitely hire them again!

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called on a Monday morning hoping I could get someone out by Tuesday. Leo took care of me on Monday afternoon and did a great job. I will definitely be using Hessian again!
