When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). I called cities 1 out to my house after hours and they were prompt on getting to my house on time and took care of my laundry tub backing up and flooding my basement. They were very courteous in explaining to me why this happened and how to prevent it. They were affordable, I would recommend this company to anyone for plumbing.

I called AJ Alberts Plumbing at 7:30 AM after having the delivery guys of our washing machine say they could not install our washer due to corrosion on our water shut off valve. AJ plumbing said they could work us in and was there by 9:30 AM. They were very nice, informative and professional. Will keep their number for any future plumbing needs!

After watching one of their vans force a car off the road and then follow just a few feet behind another car going 55mph, I'll be getting my work done by a better company. I assume your road rage attitude carries over into poor work.
