Dan has been taking care of our septic tank for over 20 years. He is fantastic.

Our drain field froze and our tank backed up in to our house during the night. Called him first thing in the morning and he was here by 9:00 am!

Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.

They came out quickly to help me when my hot water heater wasn't working and were great at explaining what I needed to do to troubleshoot the problem. Great, fast, and friendly service.

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

Overall great experience working with Cichy's Water & Sewer. Communications were clear, thorough, and timely. Both the administrative side and work crew were knowledgeable and professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which the work was completed and the care taken to protect my existing landscaping throughout the project and during clean up. Would highly recommend!

After getting bids from two other well-known reputable companies, I decided I wanted the work done by Champion Plumbing. Matt G installed a water heater for me. His work was expertly done in a timely manner. He didn’t mind me watching him and answering my questions. He offered a lot of great advice and other tips….Just an overall great guy! Similar to other reviews (wish I would've seen before calling them) they forced me to sign an agreement for $445 to clear a clog just a few feet beyond the kitchen sink trap. Wait, it gets much worse. They ran the snake through the vent pipe and told me this is a bad clog. I asked how he could tell because the snake was whipping above the roof line. He pulled it back in and jammed it so hard downward that it broke the PVC drain pipe, destroying my bathroom ceiling and insulation with 2 full sinks of water. Two guys stood there while I tore down the drywall to find the break. They said it's not their fault because there was no purple primer showing on the PVC pipe and joint. I told them it's never leaked since 1983 when the home was built and that there's such a thing as clear primer. He denied the existence of clear primer. They left me with a broken pipe and huge mess. Cost to repair was 3 days from my job and over $300 of materials (I did all of the work myself). These guys only care about money. Worst contractor I've hired in 35 years that I've owned properties. The two tenants living in that unit can attest to all of this and were also inconvenienced for 3 straight days. I would give them zero stars if possible.
