The service we received from Rumpca Services was very prompt and courteous. They installed our new Lennox furnace last year. I called to see if they could come out and make sure we were getting the most heat flow possible from our unit. They were out the next morning, made some adjustments and tweaks to make sure all was well with the unit. I think they’re a top notch team for your HVAC needs.

I would recommend Blaylock Plumbing to anyone in need! I called at 8 am and our plumber Chad was out to help by noon. He did a wonderful job for a reasonable price, and was extremely friendly and professional!

I have used Gust on two occasions.  The first was when another plumber wasn’t able to complete work in a tight crawl space (in my basement below the bathroom) and so he referred me to Rusty, the owner.

Rusty completed the work and gave me a lot of helpful information, including info on the replacement of my tub faucet, not accessible through the wall behind it. Thanks to this his help, I was able to repair the faucet without putting a hole in the wood-paneled wall where an access should have been.  Two other faucets were repaired quickly on this second service call.

Rusty really seems to care about his customers and explains things in a way that allows me to do some of my own research and legwork. If I had the funds, I’d just let him do all repairs without looking over his shoulder or investigating further, and I’m sure he has plenty of customers who trust him enough to do that. That said, he has been great about educating me as he does the work.

First cold snap of the season. They were super busy, but communication was great and expectations were met. They provided us with space heaters for the couple days we needed them. Very responsive, and explained it all so that I could understand. My wife dealt with them one day at our home and they treated her very well. A respectful bunch, I trust Aabbott Ferraro for our future heating and cooling needs!

I own Lindstrom Electric, LLC and have worked on some of the same projects with Semlak Plumbing. The quality of his work is the best I have seen and he is easy to work with. When the trades work together on projects the customer receives the best finished product.

Pedro was very professional, friendly, and great at explaining what the job entailed. Cleaned up the area well. Only reason not a 5 was that the job seemed expensive for the amount of time it took and parts used. Still would recommend them.

Tony is exceptionally professional and kind. He went out of his way to assist us in putting in a new sewer line, coming back and checking on it. He is beyond compare and made the process of having our sewer line replaced painless. I cannot recommend tony and his crew enough!

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

After receiving a unsatisfactory service from a different plumber Mark came out and was amazing. He was very honest and professional and I will call Dan's Plumbing first from now on. Thank you

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

I sought out Erik Nelson Plumbing through recommendation of a friend after getting price gouged from other plumbers with past projects. Never going to another plumbing company again after my positive experience today! Nick was great and cleared my kitchen sink drain quickly and efficiently. Pricing was fair. Highly recommend :)
