These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

I had originally given Dan's Plumbing and Septic a 5 star review. But, after speaking with several other septic pumping companies I realized that Dan's people do shoddy work. The other companies told me that what I had done was incorrect and not up to standards. When I spoke with the owner regarding my concerns he became defensive and aggressive. The work was not done correctly. The owner offered to come back out but we were expected to pay for that visit. I am disappointed and will not be using Dan's Plumbing and Septic again.

I called Eric Nelson Plumbing because my bathtub was not draining. I called them late afternoon and Nick from Erik Plumbing came the next day. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They also provided a proposal if I decide to create a permanent fix to the problem. I recommend Erik Nelson Plumbing.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . Jordan came out and gave us a second opinion after Deans quoted us around $8000. Jordan spent about an hour or so working away and our problem is fixed. Not only did he save us a ton of money, he was kind, professional, and friendly.

We have using Apollo for 38 years. They have installed two furnaces and two central air conditioners in our house. Last week, the technician came to perform our annual ac tuneup. He said that the dual run capacitor was out of range and could fail anytime. I asked him how much it would cost to replace it. He tells me that I could purchase a service agreement and the capacitor price would be reduced by 10%. I agreed to have it replaced. Later, I researched the capacitor price and the actual purchase price is around $40. I was charged $469. After, two days and multiple calls and text the service manager called me back. He said the charge included the technicians diagnosis, fuel, labor cost was included in it. I explained that I expected some higher cost but that is excessive. I told him i paid for the service twice since I bought a two trip plan. The technician was at our house for 40 minutes. The manager agreed to credit me back $169. I told $300 for a $40 capacitor is still out of line. If they would have charged me double or triple the price I would have accepted the response. Don’t think I will use Apollo going forward

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

Would absolutely use Cichy’s again. Very honest, respectful, hardworking, and thorough. They did a wonderful job fixing our sewer line and we have no complaints! (and no more problems). Highly recommend!
