Nick was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He gave me several options to choose from with associated costs. The first faucet he installed kept dripping (defective piece), so he took the time to get another faucet and install it. I’d recommend their services.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Very happy with my service from Apollo. New homeowner faced with the furnace suddenly not working. Called Apollo and they were able to send a repair technician promptly. Mike was great - he answered all of my questions and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He was also able to get the replacement part and was back at my house in less than an hour to complete the repair. Jake The Plumber did an awesome job fixing my copper water pipes around my water heater and new water softener. The technicians were very knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. They also quickly installed a relief valve for my outside water spicket, no better plumber to call in the Woodbury, MN area!

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. Our 19 year old water heater started leaking. Called several plumbing companies for estimates. A.J. Alberts was quick to respond, gave a quick and great price estimate. Colin came out and did a great job installing, and left the place very clean. We've used A.J. Alberts on a couple different instances and I can very highly recommend them!

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Photo is of the sink and bowl that needed to be installed.

Phil and Howie were great to work with. Very professional and identified the problem right away. Significantly less expensive than I was expecting. Their plumbing expertise was invaluable in identifying problems from frozen pipes over the winter. Will definitely call on St Paul Pipeworks for future plumbing needs.

I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.

Silver Tree was very easy to work with, quick install.

We had a drain clog at the clean-out/backflow flapper for a waste water branch line for our lower level bathroom. Tony provided an estimated cost and confirmed the appointment via text immediately and scheduled a service call for the next day.
