Our technician Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly laid out the pricing to get it fixed and went to work. He also helped remedy why it was happening and I now have a solution to keep it from happening again. Very impressed and will use Roto-rooter again. Great work.

We are in Apple Valley and had a pipe break over the weekend, so we needed an emergency repair. Pedro arrived during the time estimated and was very professional. He was concise with what we needed to have done, but he was not pushy. He repaired the pipe in a very efficient amount of time and, especially considering it was a weekend and emergency repair, was very fair with the cost. We were very happy overall and will use this company again in the future.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. Ron's technician was extremely respectful of our house and space, he communicated well and kept me informed of the issues and options. After he finished he left us with a clean area, he even went above and beyond and cleaned the toilet and bathroom. We would welcome Ron back into our house anytime!

John is a true professional with a friendly, easygoing attitude and he is highly skilled at explaining what is going on every step of the way. He came out within a half an hour on a Saturday to assist us with a main line clog. He quickly assessed and resolved the issue and gave us good advice about what to look out for in the future. We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.
