After trying to fix a clog and instead causing a new leak on a Saturday morning, I called around a few places before getting in touch with Charles about 8:15 am. He added me to his list, updated his route to start at our place, and by 10:30 am he and Louise were out the door and my corroded pipe had been replaced and plumbing reassembled. Two hours and 15 minutes phone call to completion. On a Saturday morning. AMAZING. And his prices were VERY competitive. Can't recommend Charles Conner Plumbing enough. Blaylock Plumbing was suggested to us by D.C. Annis. Blaylock did a great job of fixing our broken sewer line. They kept us up to date on the progress and didn't suggest any unnecessary work to be done. Gave us suggestions on what needed to be fixed and let us make the decision without any pressure. Very pleased with everything.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Bonfe sent out a plumber to us, Mark B., to repair a leaking outdoor faucet. He was very through in his explanation and completed the repair quickly. Very personable, and our cat liked him too!

Very professional. I explained the problem with a slow draining kitchen sink. The technician explained what he was going to do, about how long it would take and the cost. He used a power snake to clear the drain and checked his work thoroughly before saying he was finished. Very satisfied.I called them again to clear a very slow main drain. Excellent work. I would definitely call them anytime I needed help with a drain.

Apollo is a fantastic company to work with. I have purchased both my furnace and my air conditioner from them. They called me to schedule the furnace cleaning. The technician was very professional and thorough. They don’t try to sell you extra things you don’t need. I highly recommend them!

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.
