Don't let the cost of Pedro's initial visit (to give you an estimate) scare you! At first, I have to admit, I was a bit put off by having to pay for an estimate but Pedro deserved every penny!!
He was the only plumber who was honest with me from the start!
He told me how difficult the project was going to be right from the beginning. He was dealing with an obsessive compulsive person who wanted her sink exactly in the middle of the wall in her bathroom.
While he said he would not be able to center the sink exactly where I wanted it, by the end of the project, he centered it right where I wanted it!!!
He worked very very hard to make sure I was pleased with every detail. He put up with my yappy little dogs and even my snoopy mother who was present for two of the three days he worked.
He had to saw through inches and inches of concrete to correctly tap off plumbing errors made during my homes construction. He also cleaned up a gnarly mess of copper piping and streamlined it perfectly!
My bathroom project has had me in tears more than once but Pedro performed a wonderful and very very thorough job. I will never hire anyone else for any future plumbing needs. Pedro the Plumber is the BEST!!!

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . When we called Bonfe to schedule an appointment they told us they will diagnose the problem for $100. They said they would arrive on a Monday. We waited all day on Monday with their policy of they can show up until 10 pm with a 30 minute heads up. They did not show up until 7:30 at night. To really solve the problem means they had to cut a hole in the wall but of course that is extra. $380 later they could identify the issue but not fix it that day since they arrived so late. The technician said if we chose 7 am on Wednesday we would have an appointment time. No one arrived and when we called they stated they do not do appointments but rather we would have to again wait all day for someone to arrive. We went with a different company. This company saved us hundreds of dollars and bonfe was not honest and was going to replace more than what needed to be done. Would never suggest or recommend this company.

Jordan rocked it! He quickly found the clog, cleared it and went on to scope the main line to ensure there were no other issues downstream. Context: I've been highly skeptical of the 'furnace tune-up special' for many years - knowing many companies use it only as a way to sell you other services. Moreso, 20 yrs ago, I asked a HVAC tech about the '21 pt' inspection - and the tech laughed and said 'not much.' So, for the last 20 yrs, I've been fixing and 'tuning up' my own furnace.Something seemed off with my furnace - it is10 yrs old and new to me in my new home. So, hesitantly, I booked a tune-up with Apollo's coupon special.Apollo's tech Chris Uhler visited for a furnace tune-up in my new to me home. Chris was awesome! He was the ultimate professional - coming in ready to work, wearing shoe covers and asking what issues and concerns I had.Watching him, I was even more impressed. The technology he had -- cameras, sensors, apps on his phone, and standard hi-end voltmeter were super impressive. He was testing and analyzing things I never imagined were possible. He quickly diagnosed several issues with my furnace,, made a number of adjustments right on the spot (no charge), and let me know pros/cons of fixing now versus later and other options.Chris even indulged me with a little voltmeter education (I'm a closet DIY HVAC professional ;-) ... and engineer at heart.) He was patient, asked several times any other questions or concerns (didn't try to rush right out), and educated me on my overall furnace workings.In summary, what a great experience! I know who I will call for my future HVAC needs. Thank you Chris and Apollo!

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

Highview was so great to work with and they explained the whole process. We needed a portion of our main sewer line replaced, a pretty big project. Another company was trying to charge us over double what Highview quoted us and were not even going to provide the same service.
Highview crew was AWESOME and Kyle was very personable. They cared to preserve our grass and left our front yard almost the same as they found it., just look at the pictures! We plan to use them for all our future plumbing needs, We highly recommend them!
