We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

Apollo heating and cooling installed a compressor on my a/c unit. The technician was courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and went about his business in a timely and efficient manner..

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Excellent experience with Cities1, I had a minor plumbing issue after a recently completed bathroom renovation. The boss, Rich, was very responsive to my calls and was very friendly and helpful in explaining possible issues. The plumber he sent out was very friendly and was able to quickly diagnose the issue (hair clogged drain) and fixed the issue in less than an hour. Highly recommend this company, they truly care about customer satisfaction and getting the job done!

I frequently am asked who I would recommend for plumbing needs. I have referred AJ Alberts multiple times. Each time I get a call from the customer after the work is complete with a Thank you for the referral. They always tell me That was EASY

DO NOT GET THE SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS EVIL COMPANY.

Recently our water pipe was leaking in our new house, and I saw their company's tag attached to the water pipe, so I called and get a quote of 126 for fixing it. The repair guy stopped by the first time and notice he forgot his part, so nothing was fixed in the first time (NOT MY FAULT). And the the guy came back the next day and spent 15 minutes fixing the pipe, and then at the end, he told me the bill is amount of approximately 250 dollars (NO ACTUAL STATEMENT GAVE TO ME). I asked why there was a such big gap between the quote from yesterday and what was actually billed to me, he could not tell me why and kept referring the amount was given by his company.

I called the company directly for many times to ask for the ACTUAL STATEMENT and the breakdown details, they WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME. They kept calling me to ask my credit card information over the phone without giving me the actual details of the bill, so I refused to pay something so hideous, ridiculous, and unreasonable charges. And then they THREATEN me by saying sending the bill (WHICH I NEVER SEE SO FAR) to the collection.

I am not sure how many of you guys like me being treated unreasonably and threaten by this company. I will for sure have my lawyer talking to them for sending the bill that I never see and of the amount that I was not informed to the collection.
