I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . Absolutely disappointing and unreliable company. I work with a management company and was referred to Twin City Rooter for an emergency shower repair. Not only did the receptionist fail to return calls 2 different days, but 'Doug' was a no show for the scheduled date and time. After calling the main line and Doug's cell, I never got a response, a call back or rescheduled appointment. Completely unprofessional and I will not be referring them out to other properties.

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

I have have used Muska Plumbing at least three times for a rental property. They have always been very punctual and one time they went out of their way to get a service man to my property in between his jobs. They are knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and I have been very pleased with the service I received. I have recommended them to another property owner friend of mine. Excellent experience. Brian was able to come on a summer weekend, when two other drain companies couldn't come out until Monday. I had a clogged kitchen sink, so that was very helpful.

He cleaned it out, then also mentioned that the way our piping is configured, wasn't optimal. A couple of other people have told me that too, but somehow we hadn't done anything about it.

I asked him whether fixing that was something he could do, and he said he could get the parts and fix it. He went to Home Depot to get the parts and stayed an extra 2 hours to fix it and test everything. I greatly appreciated his work!

He was courteous and communicative, and everything runs much more smoothly now. He said if anything comes up afterwards, to give him a call. I was very pleased. Thank you!!

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.
