Pedro did a fantastic job with a faucet that was out of code. He was thorough in his explanation of the problem and considerate in his determination of cost involved. We appreciated his prompt completion of the necessary job.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . Had a nasty stopped up drain in the basement, and Twin City Rooter was recommended by our local plumber. They set me up with 'Don', who called me pretty quick, and was here the same day. He jumped right in and it turned out to be a tough job - but he had us all fixed up in no time. Friendly guy, and very reasonable price!!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Annual checkups are critical! The watches identified by the tech are just as important as the ones you get from medical/dental appointments. No surprises but always have a functioning CO detector (or 3)!

I had a new Furnace Installed in middle of this frigid winter. Majeski Plumbing and Heating was awesome! Employees were professional, polite, and prompt. I will definitely use them again!

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

I have have used Muska Plumbing at least three times for a rental property. They have always been very punctual and one time they went out of their way to get a service man to my property in between his jobs. They are knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and I have been very pleased with the service I received. I have recommended them to another property owner friend of mine. I will continue to use them without hesitation. I am a very satisfied customer.

No good dont call

Excellent experience. Brian was able to come on a summer weekend, when two other drain companies couldn't come out until Monday. I had a clogged kitchen sink, so that was very helpful.

He cleaned it out, then also mentioned that the way our piping is configured, wasn't optimal. A couple of other people have told me that too, but somehow we hadn't done anything about it.

I asked him whether fixing that was something he could do, and he said he could get the parts and fix it. He went to Home Depot to get the parts and stayed an extra 2 hours to fix it and test everything. I greatly appreciated his work!

He was courteous and communicative, and everything runs much more smoothly now. He said if anything comes up afterwards, to give him a call. I was very pleased. Thank you!!

Alto was referred to me by another customer. So I set up appointment, I'm gonna cut to the chase. I was charged $250 for the first 90 mins and $175 per hour after, and I was told it would be $2 per additional foot to run the snake beyond 100 feet. He ran the snake an additional 50 feet. I paid almost $800. I had to call another company out to actually clear out the wipes stuck in the drain. They charged $198 and actually unclogged the drain.
I spoke with the person that referred me to Alto, whose opinion I trust because he is knowledgeable, I explained to him what Rick did and what he charged me...he couldn't believe it and was not happy as that's not what Alto even charges for multi dwelling plumbing issues.
I'm told they get commission..I guess being a woman that doesn't know much about plumbing, Rick decided I would be his target that day.
The person that referred me is going to try and help me recoup some of the money back, he felt really bad, and has not had this type of experience(work or price) with Alto before, and knows who Rick is.
All it takes is 1 person/employee to give a business a bad reputation.
Due to the experience I had with Alto, I will not recommend this company, and I advised the person that referred me(even though he meant well) not to refer them.

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.
